 I consider myself a level headed person neither too intelligent nor stupid, a mix of both. And I have spent a decade in the job market of India but my observations or key takeaways can be applicable to any other "employee" in any other nation. Firstly, there is no dream company accept it. That company you consider "dream company" will make profit at the expense of your job (fire you at the drop of the hat) or even your dead body. Try to have a professional and transactional relationship. Secondly, the salry structure and appraisals are rigged towards the profit of the company.So, if you think you want to become rich start investing in stock market (via mutual funds) buy REITs - simply buy "assets" with your salary that is what I did and over a period of time now I can see that my lifestyle is not tied to appraisal or promotion. It makes your life so easy. Thirdly, Have your own term insurance and medical insurance. Dont think that your company's group

The fraud has 2 parts to it:- A) A Job offer 1) Job listing in Naukri, placementindia, aasanjobs and several other small players. 2) Once you apply only then they contact you after profiling your past Resume 3) They offer you a relevant job role with compatible salary with same day with 2-3 rounds of interview starting with HR raound followed by a conference call which you have to call to a free conference calling service/app and give an interview to someone from Bangalore/Mumbai,etc. The call money will be deducted from your pocket . It's neither technical nor non-technical enough to raise suspicion 4) They ask for a professional certification which you dont have may be IBM SPSS data modeler, or SAS certification 5) They ask a training institute to contact you and get your certification at the earliest.
