I am a tech savvy person and love to automate repeatative tasks and I have a goal to automate most of my household repeatative tasks. Background I came to know about it a bit earlier and there was a lot of paper work that had to be signed.  I consider myself a level headed person neither too intelligent nor stupid, a mix of both. And I have spent a decade in the job market of India but my observations or key takeaways can be applicable to any other "employee" in any other nation. Firstly, there is no dream company accept it. That company you consider "dream company" will make profit at the expense of your job (fire you at the drop of the hat) or even your dead body. Try to have a professional and transactional relationship. Secondly, the salry structure and appraisals are rigged towards the profit of the company.So, if you think you want to become rich start investing in stock market (via mutual funds) buy REITs - simply buy "assets" with your salary that is what I did and over a period of time now I can see that my lifestyle is not tied to appraisal or promotion. Film Review Drishyam 2

 Recently saw Drishyam 2 on Amazon prime. I have seen the part 1 of the Drishyam series starring Ajay Devgan. The movie is realling interesting with all its revealations and plot twists.However, to make the movie exprience more gripping, one should first see the hindi version of DRishyam 1. However, some of the parts looked over the top in the sense Sam's mother (mordered boy's mom -Tabu), even after withdrawing from police is used to deploy 2 serving female and male police staff and posing them as husband wife and buyer of Ajay Devgan's property. There 2 police staff is deployed for 7 years, over which they bug the house of Ajay Devgan and take recordings as we are later shown. From a logical stand point this looks highly illogical in the sense you require a degree of government approval for a closed case to deploy man and resource based on suspicion. Anyways it is shown that the whole town believed that Ajay Devgan has actually murdered and talks shit behind his back and
