2022 Movie Review: Rocketry The Nambi Effect
I saw the movie in its original language 2 days back on amazon prime. The movie wonderfully depicted the work life and contribution and suffering Nambi Narayan faced socially, career-wise, family life and criminal proceedings. The movie scores very low in woke score. It doesnt insult Hindu customs and traditions in any way. It also highlights patriotism, self respect of an educated man and his genius in moving India from solid state fuel to liquid fuel. Building/assembling knocked down unit of 2 Russian cryogenic engines without any user manual and guidance. The movie starts with Sanskrit shloka and in the movie it has been shown that Nambi Narayan is both science minded and traditional in terms of practicing Hindu customs, traditional dresses. Much of the story is revealed in the form of an interview which Mr. Nambi Narayan is giving in a TV show.
